Hello there I’m Graham Peet, owner of the original Spit Roast Catering Company. I have been involved in the hospitality industry all my life and know how Kiwi’s enjoy quality food and service in a relaxed outdoor environment. Knowing how to cook a succulent spit roast, create an aroma that would tantalise any taste bud and feed people wholesome tasty food was something I wanted everyone to enjoy. Hence, in November 1997 the original Spit Roast Catering Company was born!
My team and I have grown the business over the years by keeping to our core values, providing high quality, value for money food and service through our locations in Auckland and Hamilton.
We provide catering packages for all occasions from casual beach parties to construction roof shouts, formal weddings, corporate functions, outdoor sporting, social events and everything in between.
